(ABN 73637366057) and any other site displaying these terms (collectively referred to as "Sites"). TrafficQuest.io ("TrafficQuest" or “we”) provides these Sites for online access to information about our products, services, and opportunities.

Please note that the use of TrafficQuest’s Subscription Services is governed by our Customer Terms of Service.

The Sites and Content are provided “as is” without warranties. TrafficQuest and its partners disclaim liability for any damages arising from use of the Sites. In jurisdictions where exclusions or limitations are restricted, liability is capped at $100.

Termination

Jurisdiction

The terms of this Agreement are governed by the laws of Victoria. The parties submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction there.

Profiles: Some Sites allow public profiles, which must comply with applicable laws and community rules.

Customer Terms: If using TrafficQuest Subscription Services, you’re also bound by our Customer Terms of Service.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and TrafficQuest.

Errors: TrafficQuest reserves the right to correct errors in the Content without notice.
