1. Reporting Violations
TrafficQuest CRM users are encouraged to promptly report any suspected breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or any unauthorized or suspicious activities. Reports can be submitted to our support team at [email protected].
2. Prohibited Disruptive Activities
Users must not engage in any actions that could disrupt the TrafficQuest platform, including:
a. Compromising the operation, security, or integrity of other users’ accounts, data, or systems.
b. Using automated systems (e.g., bots or spiders) that generate excessive requests.
c. Overloading or impairing the platform’s functionality or other users’ experience.
d. Attempting unauthorized access to the platform or using login credentials improperly.
e. Bypassing the designated TrafficQuest CRM interface.
f. Accessing or using others' property without explicit permission.
g. Conducting activities that could blacklist TrafficQuest’s IPs, domains, or customer domains.
3. Proper Use of TrafficQuest
Users must ensure their actions do not involve:
Harassment, abuse, defamation, or threats.
Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive behavior.
Violations of privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.
Sharing or uploading unlawful, indecent, or harmful material.
Introducing harmful software (e.g., viruses).
Falsifying the source or authorship of content.
Violating third-party usage standards or legal regulations.
Additionally, users are prohibited from promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination and must moderate any user-generated content to comply with these standards. Violations may result in termination of access.
Internal use restrictions include:
Tampering with platform security or data.
Unauthorized access to accounts or servers.
Testing the platform’s security measures without authorization.
Distributing or commercially exploiting the platform without permission.
4. Email and SMS Misuse
Prohibited activities include:
a. Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) without prior consent.
b. Phishing or fraudulent information requests.
c. Running bulk messaging campaigns without proper opt-in/opt-out mechanisms.
5. Opt-Out Requirements
Marketing communications must include:
a. Clear unsubscribe instructions for emails and SMS messages.
b. Prompt processing of opt-out requests.
6. Telephone Marketing Standards
Users must comply with telephone marketing laws by:
a. Respecting do-not-call registries and opt-out preferences.
b. Providing accurate caller identification.
7. TrafficQuest Trademark Use
TrafficQuest trademarks, logos, and branding must not be used without explicit written consent.
8. Policy Violations and Consequences
Failure to comply with this AUP may result in:
Warnings: Notification of violations and required corrective actions.
Account Suspension: Temporary suspension for serious breaches.
Account Termination: Permanent account removal for repeated or severe violations, including loss of data and platform access.
TrafficQuest reserves the right to disclose user information as required by law or legal process.
